GI Joe Yoga

‘The perfect compliment to your strength training workouts’ While regular yoga focuses on strength, this class focuses on stretching muscles to allow for maximum workout results. Each participant will be challenged to move out of their comfort zone and strive to the next level of fitness within themselves.

Parent and Baby Yoga

This class focuses on Yoga for parents with children. Bond in this supportive community with both your child and other parents. Revitalize your mind, nerves and immune system while safely and effectively getting your body into shape. Class accommodates both new and experienced students. Please bring a blanket for babies and a mat for parents. Mats available for purchase at the studio.

Yoga - Beginning

Yoga postures provide deep tension release, stress control and rise in energy level, accomplished through proper exercise and deep rhythmic breathing. Exercises are done with music in a pleasant atmosphere.

Yoga - Continuing

Anyone having 2 or more sessions of beginning yoga should enroll in this class. Bring your own mat
