Goal
The goal of Administration is to provide effective and efficient management of the Community Development Department.

The Administration program provides management and supervision of the department to ensure private development is reviewed in a timely manner, in conformance with the Manhattan Beach Municipal Code and the goals of the General Plan.

Administration, consisting of the Director and Executive Secretary, is responsible for payroll, invoice payment, and compilation and maintenance of budget accounts for the Department.
