CITY OF EL SEGUNDO: Northeast Corner of Sepulveda and Rosecrans
The Plaza El Segundo project, approximately 108 gross acres in area, is in the City of El Segundo at the northeast corner of the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Rosecrans Avenue. Up to 850,000 SF of commercial development is approved on the site. Construction of 425,000 square feet began in early 2005 on Area “A” which is 37 acres mostly on the northern portion of the site, and includes the corner of Rosecrans and Sepulveda. Area “B’, which is the southern portion of the site, is anticipated to be completed by approximately 2012. Please visit the City of El Segundo website for more information.
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
On February 1st, 2005 the Manhattan Beach City Council approved a settlement agreement with the developer of the project for traffic improvements on Rosecrans Avenue and Sepulveda/ Marine and reduced project traffic. A written summary and chart for traffic improvements (PDF) is available.
DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (DEIR)
