Our Services

The Code Enforcement officer's duties are to enforce certain Municipal Code violations including: zoning, property maintenance, illegal units, trash container regulations, signs, and many others. Inspections are initiated by public complaints, and if substantiated, a notice of violation is given to correct the violation. The goal of the Code Enforcement Officer is: "To gain compliance with regulations through sensitive, timely, and knowledgeable responses to the community in order to maintain and enhance health, safety, and welfare."
