StART Projects Cover LetterStART Projects is a collaborative program between Manhattan Beach Unified School District (MBUSD) and The City of Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department’s Cultural Arts Division. The program is designed for students who want to focus on independent projects in a studio environment while working alongside professional artists.

With the guidance of the professional artists students will work toward the development of a studio practice in a community of like-minded peers.

 

2016 to 2017 Program
November 17, 2017 through May 25, 2018
Fridays         3:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Students must apply to the program. To apply, please submit 5 to 10 images of art work with descriptions to the Manhattan Beach Art Center. For more information, please call the Manhattan Beach Art Center (310) 802-5440 or download a copy of the StART Projects Flyer (PDF).
