Spring Program: Scavenger Hunt

Today's Spring Program Playground Program and Heights Camp activity is a Scavenger Hunt.

The Spring Program Playground Program is open to the public and is designed for children ages 6-12 years old at Live Oak Park. Children under 6 are welcome to attend the program but must be accompanied by an adult or guardian with the approval and guidance of the Recreation Leader. The Playground Program is a drop-in, NON-CUSTODIAL program. Children are encouraged to participate in all scheduled activities; however, if they choose not to, alternative independent activities are available. All programs are supervised by trained recreation leaders.

Heights Camp is open to the public and is designed for children ages 6-12 years old at Manhattan Heights Park.  Children under 6 are welcome to attend the program but must be accompanied by an adult or guardian with the approval and guidance of the Recreation Leader. Heights Camp is a PAID FULL-CUSTODY program. Children are encouraged to participate in all scheduled activities; however, if they choose not to, alternative independent activities are available. All programs are supervised by trained recreation leaders. Heights Camp is in conjunction with the Spring Program Playground Program. The camp is limited to 80 campers each week!

What is a Scavenger Hunt?
Number of Players: Unlimited
Equipment: List of items, pencil or pen to check off found items (provided)

Participants will divide into teams and be given a list of items to find around their park.  The first team to find all their items within the alloted time will win the scavenger hunt.
