Movies to Enlighten: M. Binders - Black or White

The Older Adults Program is proud to present Movies to Enlighten, hosted by The Manhattan Beach Senior Citizens Resources Committee! Join us in enjoying a great movie every third Wednesday at 1:30 PM in the OASIS at the Joslyn Community Center. Today's featured film is:

Black or WhiteM. Binders - Black or White
A grieving widower is drawn into a custody battle over his granddaughter, whom he helped raise her entire life. Ultimately, both parties are forced to confront their feelings about race, forgiveness, and understanding. With an all-star cast, we look at two seemingly different worlds and find that nothing is as simple as black or white.

Rated PG-13 on appeal for brief strong language, thematic material involving drug use and drinking, and for a fight.
