There will be a Volunteer Counselor here in Manhattan Beach to help you with your questions about Medicare. The state-registered Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) Volunteer Counselors provide unbiased information, counseling, and assistance on Medicare and related health care coverage, including: Original Medicare (Parts A and B), Medicare Prevention Services, Long-Term Care and much more.

This event takes place on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month. The cost is free and by appointment only. To make reservations, please call (310) 802-5430.
All HICAP services are provided free of charge. HICAP is a program of the Center for Health Care Rights. HICAP Volunteer Counselors are trained by the Center for Health Care Rights and are registered with the California Department of Aging. HICAP is funded, in part, by the Los Angeles City and County Area Agencies on Aging, through the Older Adults Californians Act.
