Opening Band - AlineaAlinea Band

Alinea means “new train of thought” which is what their music reflects. Their original music is alt rock with classic rock and blues influence. Lead guitarist and singer JJ Barry and drummer Lance Meliota started playing together in a 5th grade surf band called The Treblemakers. Rhythm guitar and singer Ben Tyrrell and bassist Shannon Ennis also played together in grade school. Along the way, they all met up and Alinea was born. Alinea’s music and lyrics are all original, written by JJ Barry and Ben Tyrrell. Alinea was the Winner of 2017 Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair Battle of the Bands-South Bay and winner of the Redondo Beach Battle of the Bands, 2019
