City Hall Hours are Mondays through Thursdays 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Fridays 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Before you plan a trip to City Hall, check out our Permitting Center Schedule to know when staff and services are available.

Construction hours and days are as follows, unless otherwise noted:

  • Monday through Fridays 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Construction is Prohibited on Sunday

Construction is prohibited on the following City observed holidays:

The Residential Construction Officer enforces construction hours and rules during normal business hours. During evenings, weekends, and holidays, construction hours and rules are enforced by the Police Department. The direct 24-hour police dispatch telephone number is (310) 545-4566.
