Projects Required to Comply with the Waste Management Program:
Residential - New residences or additions and/or remodels valued over $100,000 where there is an increase in the building's conditioned area, volume, or size, and all demolition projects are required to recycle at least 65% of waste.
Commercial - All demolition projects and all construction projects valued over $100,000 are required to recycle at least 65% of waste.
All forms and tickets must be emailed prior to the issuance of your permit. Include the following information when submitting your Waste Management Plan form or recycling facility tickets:
- Project Address
- Type of Project-please note whether it is a demolition permit or building permit
- Demolition or Building Permit Number
