The Community Development Department is now offering residents and contractors the ability to apply for and download a permit, track the status of their project, and request inspections online anytime.

Two Ways to Pay:
- Have your invoice number available, click the CSS button below and select the "Pay Invoice" tile or "Pay Invoice" option on the menu bar (no log-in required) or;
- Click the CSS button below, log into your account, select the permit you want to pay and click the Add to Cart option
Registering for an Account
To register an account and begin the permit process, you must register through the Citizen Self Service (CSS). Setting up a Citizen Self Service account is easy and free, click on the button below to get started.
Through the Citizen Self Service, residents and contractors can search for an address or parcel, apply for a permit, request an inspection and more. Citizen Self Service also provides residents and contractors the ability to start and save permit or plan applications for submittal at a later date and receive updates on submittals and requests in real time. Inspection requests are now available online, contractors can request multiple inspections from numerous job sites on a single screen.
