City Hall Hours are Mondays through Thursdays 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Fridays 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The following schedule is for the Community Development counter located at 1400 Highland Avenue, Manhattan Beach CA, 90266. You may reach the Community Development Department at (310) 802-5544.
