Curbing Your Wheels When Parked on a Hill

For the safety of residents and their property, and pursuant to state and local laws, vehicles parked on a grade exceeding 3% must curb their tires.  (Per California Vehicle Code Sec. 22509 and Manhattan Beach Municipal Code Sec. 14.36.120)
